CHURCH HISTORY...
St. Andrew Presbyterian Church was organized in November of 1997 by the Presbytery of North Alabama. We are a combination of the former Covenant Church chartered in 1967 and the former Bethany Church chartered in 1965 at a previous site on Danville Road. The histories of our founding churches are long and grand and we would be glad to discuss them with you at any time. Presently our growing congregation has about 210 members and a full range of ministries and service opportunities.
A Place for You
In 2000, St. Andrew bought a parcel of land on the corner of Danville Road and Vestavia Road SW. Then in 2001, the congregation voted to start building on this land. Well we are proud to say, CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE! In August 2002, we moved into our new facility. Please come visit; we will be glad to show it off.
